*This property is located on the beautiful Frio River in Concan, Texas at Magers River Crossing. This part of the river is a hot spot for tubing, kayaking or just relaxing in the river. Our 10 homes are fully equipped with all your basic needs in the kitchen. We supply all of your bedding for the number of people your house will sleep. Wifi and Satellite TV are available. These homes are spacious with an open kitchen and living area. The porches have beautiful views of the Mountains to the west and/or the gorgeous Frio River. In the evenings and mornings you can watch the wildlife around the property. There is 800' of private river access along with a pool for all of our guests to enjoy. Our homes are approximately 60-75 yards from the river. You are minutes away from Garner State Park, House Pasture and Joe Jimmy's where you can enjoy Live entertainment.

This extra large Cypress Tree is located right at the waters edge of Frio River Grove Rentals where many guests take beautiful photos. Some guests hide rocks in the tree with their name and date that they stayed with us. This is an unforgettable landmark of the Grove!
