Frio River Grove provides the following in each of the houses;
Kitchen Items:
Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can opener, All basic cooking utensils, cookware, silverware, cups, bowls, plates, etc., 2- Trashcan liners
Bedroom Items:
Linens, Blankets, & Pillows
Bathroom Items:
1- roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2- trashcan liners per can.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY TOWELS
***ALL HOUSES HAVE A/C & HEAT
Outside Items:
Porch w/ Picnic Table, Outdoor Chairs, BBQ Pit (charcoal), 2-trash can liners for outdoor trashcan.
Shared Outdoor Items:
800' of Private River Access, Private Pool, Horseshoe Pitts, Washer Pitts and a large area by the river to play volleyball, kickball, etc. We now have newly built Fire Pitts!!!! Sidewalks between Houses 8 & 9 to travel to the pool and veer you off towards the River.
Other Amenities:
We have a limited supply of TUBES and a couple TUBE COOLERS!
First come first serve.
$10 per day (with out back)
$12 per day (with back)
$15 per day (Tubes for Coolers)
(any tubes popped or damaged.....guests understands they will pay the cost of the tube $40)
