All houses here at River Road Resort have a private patio, picnic tables, and charcoal BBQ grill with a beautiful view of Mount Old Baldy at Garner State Park. The Frio is in your backyard where we have private river frontage - a perfect, family-friendly spot for quiet relaxation, fishing, and floating!
We are in a prime location for tubing and kayaking. The houses are equipped with all your basic kitchen appliances, cookware, plates, bowls, cups etc. We also provide linens for all beds. *We DO NOT provide bath towels, paper towels, or linens for extra guests!*
Rental Agreement
A signed rental agreement is required prior to check in. This agreement will be available to sign after you have reserved your reservation.
